The magazine GUSTEAU “the wonderful rice” is a modern cooking and lifestyle magazine.
Each one of the magazine’s issues deals with the story, the caracteristics, curiosities and recipes that revolve around a type of food.
This issue, number 8, deals with rice, one of the most known comfort foods around the world. In this magazine you will educate yourself on the forgotten aspects of rice for example its amazing history and the traditions linked to it. At the end you will find an amazing recipe from an authentic italian grandma.
