In recent decades, Japan‘s influence on the world has continued to grow, as people around the world have become increasingly interested in everything related to Japan – from video games to cuisine to even fashion. These aspects represent only a fraction of a culture that is endlessly rich and sometimes frighteningly complex. CultJa shows you that it is away from the bright lights, bustling streets and soaring skyscrapers of the big cities. Issue N° 1  speaks about one of the most quaint and subtle art forms of japanese culture:  bonsai.

This magazine is for anyone who wants to look beyond the general picture of japanese culture and discover its true peculiarities.
