On the night of the 12. of june 1961, the South Tyrolean Liberaton Committe blew up 37 electricity oilons around the city of Bolzano. Their goal was to make the world aware of the situation of South Tyrol, at the time many south tyroleans were unhappy with their country’s situation and the aftermath of the Treaty of Paris.
