A creation of different boards which are adjusted to standard food sizes.
Round shaped surfaces or certain grooves to cut specific food. More certainly it is a creation of not only one cutting board is used for everything, much more about one cutting board is used for one shape. So there has to be various boards to cover up every possible shape.
