The course introduces the basics of digital interaction, user experience, interface design principles and user research methods applied to the digital communication ecosystem according to a human-centred approach. In particular, the course 2021-22 edition dealt with the conceptualization, design, and prototype of a mobile application – “Way losing” – to experience the urban space of Bolzano from different points of view.
