semester

During this semester‘s project, we delved into the realm of low-tech concepts, analysing and studying their application for the realisation of an end product.

BAHBA is a multifunctional play space for kids. It evolves alongside a child‘s growth and development. What sets this game apart is its simplicity, featuring a circular mat that fosters a sense of togetherness during playtime. When the game concludes, the mat effortlessly transforms into a bag with a cord closure.

Recognising that play is the most effective path to lear, BAHBA emerges as a space where education is seamlessly intertwined with playfulness.

Crafted from various fabrics, including recycled materials, BAHBA stimulates children‘s sensory exploration and engagement. The play space has different sections, constructed with diverse materials. This intentional design allows children the freedom to explore and determine how best to utilise each section, encouraging their autonomy and understanding.
