Alcohol consumption and alcoholism in Bolzano is a real and serious problem, but there is a demonised view from the various foreign media to the region. While local newspapers tend to belittle. The book attempts to give a new key to the data of the ASTAT survey that deals with the topic with an objective approach. The numbers alone, however, tend to alienate us from reality, which is why I looked for a new reading key. The book deals with the infographic so that we can visualize more clearly the data and understand that the problem is serious, yes, but it is not dramatic. The data has been collected and reworked so that it can be displayed in a more intuitive and immediate way.
