Self-care: Good skin care is important at any age. The skin has strong collagen and elastin production in the first few decades of life, but it decreases. A good skincare routine helps regenerate skin cell production to keep the skin looking and feeling its best throughout your life.

A facial cleanser is a skincare product used to remove make-up, dead skin cells, oil, dirt, and other types of pollutants from the skin, helping to keep pores clear and prevent skin conditions such as acne.Using the right facial cleanser daily can have great benefits for your appearance and skin health. In fact, incorporating this into your daily skin care routine will: Clear up any build up for healthier and smoother skin. Keep your skin hydrated, soft, supple, and youthful-looking.

Cleansing in the morning is important because it rids the skin of excess oil and impurities that build up while sleeping, and cleansing at night is important because it ensures the skin is cleared of makeup, oil and dirt from the day.Facial cleansers contain detergents called ‘surfactants’ that remove unwanted substances and particles from the outermost layer of skin. These surfactants, which vary in strength and effectiveness, work by attracting oil, makeup, dirt, and debris so they can be rinsed away easily.

Sensitive skin is easily reactive, especially when exposed to products that are formulated with potential irritants. When you have sensitive skin you should pay close attention to the ingredients listed on your products, environmental influences, and the things that come in contact with your skin. Missteps can cause your skin to become irritated or even break out. Even though sensitive skin may require a bit more know-how, you still need to make sure that you are cleansing it regularly. Many facial cleansers have several different models, sometimes less evasive, just for those with more delicate skins.
