The virus “Covid-19” meant the end of ordinary human contact, obliging people to keep distances. Connected Apart can make you feel a person close to you, creating a new way of connecting people despite the distance.

Connected apart, with its three elements, combines two features that can make you feel a person close to you despite the distance: Contact, represented by a “hug”, and Voice, that makes feelings more human, thanks to the bluetooth connection between the item and a speaker.

We developed the project working between Predazzo and Valdobbiadene, transforming our bedrooms into a working place. We adapted to the quarantene situation working with daily-materials and our acquaintances became our workshop assistants.

Crating a product apart has been a big challenge but also a huge personal growth.
