“A person’s homeland is their body, their body is their homeland.
The land is a body. It lives. It breathes. It cries.
Sometimes a body and land share a story in common. Sometimes body and land are one.”
This self portrait deals with cultural identity, personal stories and traumas. I’ts a hymn to a head-on celebration of one’s story, whether easy or troubled.
