This book is designed to raise awareness about depression through simple explanations and illustrations.
Because I have worked in a medical field myself, it was important to me to bring attention to an illness that is “not” directly visible and to de-stigmatise the stigma loaded word mentally ill a little. Especially through Covid this topic is more present than ever.
