This project was born to convert fog into water. In fact we can use a net to capture the fog that passes through it. A study shows that a surface of 40 mt² can collect as much as 4500 liters of water per day. Foggy could be a big help for the agriculture’s water request. The inspiration comes from trees by looking at their capacity to collect nutrients from the environment that surrounds them. The idea is to look at Foggy as a modular component that can form a long range based on the needs of the customer, following a chain of “zig-zag” shaped nets in between tanks, that help the stability, capture the fog and rain water. Each tank is connected by a tube to a big cistern that stocks the water and redistributes it in irrigation.
