“Desmontegada” in Trentino dialect refers to the return of the animals from the summer alpine pastures. For the mountain villages it is a moment of celebration: the cows are adorned with flowers, bells and coloured bows and parade through the village streets. At one time it referred only to transhumance, but in the last fifteen years it has become one of the most well-known tourist events in Val di Fiemme.
This project consists of a spiral-bound photographic booklet, four postcards, a graphic booklet, a photographic Leporello and a poster.
