Drag Mimosas

The protagonist of the video is Dean DeVille, who is a professional in the Munich drag scene. In normal life, his name is Dennis Gutmann and he now earns his living entirely from shows as Dean DeVille. He started at the age of 18 as a candy boy in the New York Club in Munich. We accompany Dennis during his transformation to Dean DeVille and his daily work as a drag queen. We will join him at one of his shows the so called “Drag Mimosas” at Café Regenbogen in Munich and meet there also her colleagues Pasta Prisa and Janisha Jones. The video shows that being a drag queen is not only a glittering show, but also hard work and personal expression and gives a broader understanding of the world of drag queens and their art form.
