Font Specimen – Dionysus Serif

“Dionysus” is the secound typeface I ever created. It has a modified version of the skeleton from the font ‘Baskerville’ as a base and is  best used in a historical or mythological setting but it is also suitable for other topics. Its characteristics are sharp cuts and high contrast. For the creation I used Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Illustrator plugin Fontself, which I did the kerning and generated the Open Type font file (OTF) with. To present my fonts appropriately, I created a Typeface Specimen for Dionysus Serif.
