Planova Sans is the font I designed during the WUP Visual Communication course, it’s based on Futura’s font skeleton.
My aim in this design was to create a warm and “friendly” sans-serif font starting from Futura, which is usually perceived as cold and unhuman, due to its very geometrical appearence.
To realize Planova Sans I used Adobe Illustrator and its plugin Fontself.
