This year South Tyrol celebrates 50 years of autonomy. Silvius Magnago, who was governor of South Tyrol for 29 years, played an important role. During his time in office, he made a special contribution to the achievement of autonomy. We have now been given the opportunity to illustrate the theme of autonomy for two authors. I have chosen the part “Silvius Magnago as Provincial Governor”. For the illustration I mainly used fine lines in Adobe Illustrator to give the drawing a certain lightness.
