The original book “Innsbrucker Kochbuch” written by Petronilla in the year 1861 contains a rich collection of traditional Austrian recipes. In order to redesign and modernize this book, I decided to go for a card system paired with a wooden stand, which enables a quicker, easier and more practical handling while cooking in the kitchen. The colour-coding of the various categories gives the whole project a playful and aesthetically pleasing quality. Adding, the main font “Quicksand” guarantees an easy reading experience. A book, which ensures fun and easy learning.
