Involucro

Involucro is an interactive diagram that gaining validity over time. Linked to a mini game consisting of a random generator, it is intended to show the gender imbalance of UniBZ Art & Design Faculty‘s teaching staff. By activating the random generator, each player creates a possible line-up for the tenured professorship, including the dean. If the random generator selects mainly non-male persons for the tenured professorship, the player will pick up a green ball and place it in a glass model of the UniBZ main campus building. If the tenured positions are mainly staffed by males, the player picks a red ball. By having many players, a gender ratio emerges and can be read on the transparent university.
