KF20 Aeromaster Braun

EN – This iconic coffee machine was designed by Florian Seiffert and produced in Germany in 1972. The original KF 20 is such an icon of 20th-century industrial design that it is featured on the cover of the book Braun: Fifty Years of Design and Innovation. The coffee maker consists of an upper chamber with heating coil that boils water, covered by a smooth plastic cylindrical housing + black plastic band for paper filter below the water chamber. Removable glass carafe with black plastic handle that aligns with the filter handle and a base with a heating pad, connected to the top with two vertical metal tubes.

IT – Questa iconica macchina da caffè è stata disegnata da Florian Seiffert e prodotta in Germania nel 1972. L’originale KF 20 è un’icona del design industriale del 20° secolo, tanto che è presente sulla copertina del libro Braun: Fifty Years of Design and Innovation. La caffettiera è composta da una camera superiore con serpentina di riscaldamento che fa bollire l’acqua, coperta da un alloggiamento cilindrico di plastica liscia + fascia di plastica nera per il filtro di carta sotto la camera dell’acqua. Caraffa di vetro rimovibile con manico in plastica nera che si allinea con il manico del filtro e una base con una piastra riscaldante, collegata alla parte superiore con due tubi metallici verticali.
