Model Making – Instrument combination

I combined the static and massive but elegant cello with the organic curved aspects of a wind instrument. The bent tubes of the wind instruments eat their way trough the corpus of the cello like a worm. I taped the tubes with little pieces of tape to get a surface that reminds of the skin of a snake. This brings a contrast to the smooth surface of the cello.
