I researched and explored more on how to tap into – what I would like to call- my “divine feminine”. I came to the realization that I have been living it myself for years. One of the main ways to get in touch with the Divine feminine was through journaling. Journaling is something extremely personal and relieving. Whenever I felt angry, sad or lonely and happy, I would write it down and it helped me deal with so many of my emotions and decisions in life. Also, it gave me the opportunity to look back at how I felt and thought before, which shows me how I changed throughout the years. Looking back on the change, I became more aware and grateful of the way I see my life. I began to write down things I am grateful for everyday.
The media that I chose to show parts of my journal is animation. I believe I can express my writings the best in an animated way because the artistic freedom of animation allows for the creation of unique and imaginative worlds that resonate with my emotional representations, I can maintain a sense of privacy while still conveying my thoughts and feelings.
