“Not so classical!” is the name of my photographic project, which consists of a series of collages. These represent classical music in a provocative and radical way. Each classical composer depicted is related to musical genres such as techno, rock, and punk. For the realization of these collages I had to approach the fundamental sounds and characteristics of these types of music. The collages make people rethink the common concept of classical music, especially those that are too attached to the stereotypes of this genre and those that support its superiority over other genres.
