Racing wood. A workshop assignment

One of the firsts objects we made at the starting point of the semester, we have a wooden car. During the wood workshops days, we were supposed to make it out of a block of wood. For the shape, I took inspiration from a German designer called Luigi Colani, that empowers aerodynamics and organic shapes on moving objects but also furniture. I made some outlines of Colani’s works and transferred to the wooden block. At the end, cut following the lines, sanded the block and put wheels on it.
