In big cities, where there isn’t much vegetation, air pollution could become very dangerous for people. The “Stop – to Breathe” bus stations, with their plant walls, will help to clean up the air thanks to the proprieties of some plants. There are infact some plants that with their characteristics are perfect to purify

polluted air. Plants can reduce nitrogen dixide, have CO2 cleaning capabilities and relase oxigen, to cleane air but also to allow people waiting for the bus to breathe clean air.

For an outdoor plat wall is best to choose plants that need little space to grow and that are easy to care for without the need of too much water and light as Ivy, Baby’s tears plant, Bromelia Tillandsia, Mica Tradescantia, Bromelia Usneoides.
