The mental shift of coming down from stress and forgetting about responsibilities after work has become a challenge for a significant number of adults in late-modern society. However, a clear separation of work and rest time is essential for mental health and contributes to avoiding superfluous negative thoughts.
Switch is an office rocking chair that facilitates this mental transition by providing a daily ritual to stimulate positive mind-body well-being. It is turned upside down after work and changes its function into a storage container for work materials. This daily ritual helps your mind process the mental shift and gives you a sense of control over your thoughts.
