this is home

This poetry project (“this is home”) was created to deal with my Depression and Anxiety disorder. It consists if a gathering of thoughts, that came up during a time where my head was louder than the reality around me.

The booklet is conceptually arranged with lots of patterns and  repetitions to reflect my state of mind during those times. The “Self” functions as a home, that should be taken care of, can be abandoned, shared, haunted, safe, at peace or at war,…

Making this felt like releasing emotions and finding solutions to things I didn’t consider a problem.
