Vinyl | Stencil typeface
Vinyl is an experimental stencil typeface inspired by the shapes and the aestetics of vinyl plates. It is only available in uppercase letters, which altogether are composed of 10 elements. These were turned, but never resized or flipped and do not overlap.
The typeface has a cool, fresh and severe, yet playful style. It looks good in medium to large type sizes on both, screen and printed matter. It works perfectly fine for headlines or as a decorative element for posters, covers, magazines ect.
Its presentation fits the spirit of the characters perfectly: a bright and jolly vintage specimen, showing the typeface and its elements at their best.
