Artist Statement:

My work is a synthesis of challenge, self-reflection, and exploration, centered around a concept that remains a mystery to many: home. “What is the meaning of home?” is a question that changed and is still changing through my life. Some moments I found it among the people I loved, some other moments amongst pages of a novel. A place I have never been to, only experienced through imagination that ignited longing to belong to the said place. It is a journey of self-reflection, where I transform personal experiences from my own life into environments of my imagination. My chosen medium to create was 3D modeling; an art form that I am deeply passionate about but have not yet had the chance to fully explore my creative potential within. I experimented with natural elements, merging them to soften the line between the familiar and the fantastical. My intention is to invite viewers to embark on acontemplative journey, where they can momentarily escape the constraints of reality and explore the possibilities of an alternative existence. 1’18’’ minutes video loop.
