The outstanding whitemetric value and the resulting luminosity are exactly what defines Lasa marble. But what else makes this stone so special and unique? Which properties have the potential for the recycling and processing of residual materials, that hardly receive any attention?

97,04 responds to precisely these questions and wants to give the stone and its „waste“ a second shine. The focus is on the stone itself, in order to rethink and appreciate its presence and appearance. The previous waste product is processed and presented in such a way that it once again transforms into a high-quality product. The perception of waste as a luxury object is shifted and a different experience and awareness of end products are created in the consumer.
The aim of 97,04 is therefore not only to bring a visually appealing product onto the market but also to develop a critical awareness of the problems of the marble industry. From this, a more conscious approach to the generally available natural resources is to be internalized. 97,04 works with local resources, local production and local distribution. The economic footprint is thus kept as low as possible and, in the spirit of the circular economy, waste is reinterpreted and redesigned.
