Complement

Complement is an adaptable lighting solution for the household created after a reflection on the contrasting sides of the Venetian blind shutter.  The idea of transferring the mechanism into the household arose and the idea for the adaptable lighting solution was developed.

The joint allows the user to have firstly the opportunity to change the degree of the lamp. It can shift 180 degrees as the blind stopper can. Secondly the user is able to tilt the light to the left or right side due to an integral mechanism. It is also possible to slide the module up and down as the user wishes. Therefore the adapted mechanism of the Venetian blind stopper was complemented and it allows the user to modify the light depending on the situation.

The module itself is adaptable to different stands and can be placed on the wall, on the sealing and on the floor. This creates an interchangeable Family of lights.

The light module can be mounted as a standing light or as a table light. Furthermore it is possible to place the light on the wall and hang it from the ceiling as it is adaptable to every need.
