The first Happy Meal was introdcuded in 1979, 20 years after the foundation of McDonalds. A employee of the Mc Donalds in Guatemala created the so calles “Menu Ronald”, which contained a Menu of a combination of a hamburger, small fries and a small sunday. The Menu was specifically designed for kids.
