This typeface takes its name from ‘Expolitus’, word from Latin for ‘clean’. It owes this name to its simple, clear and elegant shape. The characters appear clean in the text and never tire the reader’s eye, thanks to the presence of large counters, no contrasts and shorts stems. Its personal and original feature is the alternance of round and cutted terminals.
