Ghost Flights – Web and Media Design

Summer semester 2023 – Ghost flights are flights that travel with less than 10 percent of the seats occupied. Airlines operate these flights in order to secure slots in airport routes that require that at least a certain percentage of flights must be operated to be entitled to them. This is why airlines operate thousands of flights with less than 10 percent of passengers, or completely empty.

This site aims to inform about the issue by providing data and information, also using illustrations supplemented with text.
