Valentin Hofer is a coffee roaster, who lives his passion in Fiè allo Scilar, South Tyrol. The first qualified Coffee Expert and Chief Coffee Sommelier in Italy, has made it his mission to educate and raise awareness about the cult drink, its origins and the process of coffee production.

Crema magazine shares exactly this main aim. It teaches every coffee lover the basic knowledge about the long journey of the coffee bean, to enjoy every sip with more awareness.

Valentin Hofer ist ein Kaffeeröster, der seine Leidenschaft in Völs in Südtirol lebt. Der erste diplomierte Kaffeeexperte und Chefsommelier Italiens hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, über das Kultgetränk, seine Herkunft und den Prozess der Kaffeeproduktion aufzuklären und zu sensibilisieren.
