Project: “Design a Tree”, Final Product

Trees are very flexible, they are always changing in their size depending on the conditions their environment is providing. Because their energy level is very high in the summer they grow many leaves and a huge, bright ring underneath their bark. Their entire volume is much bigger than in the winter. In order to save energy, trees compress their size, they have no leaves anymore and only grow a smaller ring which is much darker.

We have transferred this concept of flexibility and adjustability of the volume to our final product, the foldable waterbottle “miura”. Why should we still carry a huge container inside of our bags once after we drank everything on the inside? We could use the space in a much better way! If you fold our bottle, which is made of low density Polyethylene, vertically, you can reduce its size up to 66 percent. But there’s also a second way to fold it horizontally. With this flexible product you are ready for all of the diverse situations of our modern daily life! Just choose the right size which fits to your next adventure!

MIURA something new. something for you.
