How to change your perception, how to get high without drugs:
Put your eyes in a trance, stir the fluid in your canals, dissolve the distinction between still and moving.
Take the high as it comes but don’t taste it all, don’t taste the pleasure, get used to it.
Keep it up, but keep it low.
Make an effort.
