Poesia – Perqueneau? – Esercizi di stile

“Exercises of style“ by Raymond Queneau is a collection of 99 short stories, each telling the same events in a different style. The plot is simple: a man with a long neck and a hat with a rope gets on the “S“ bus, which is full. A squabble happens between the man and another passenger but, in order to avoid a real fight, the man occupied the only empty place available. Later on, the same man stands in a square, talking with a friend, who suggests him to add a button on his jacket.
For this exercise I had to give my own interpretation of the story, based on one single word: Poesia.
