Structural Characteristics is a term which is used identically in two contexts. It describes the structural characteristics of a building but also the social structures that take place in it. These two fields are constantly influencing each other and their common terminology offers a multitude of further parallels. Using these potential synergies and ambiguities of terminologies, “Strukturelle Beschaffenheiten” analyses the composition of the Free University of Bolzano.
