Troof is a protective roof that uses transpiration cooling to cool down very hot buildings in warm areas. As trees release water into the atmosphere from their leaves via transpiration, the surrounding air is cooled as water goes from liquid to a vapour. This special roof tile works with the same technique. Our climate is getting hotter every year. In a few years, areas of the earth won’t be inhabitable without any cooling system. Troof is the solution.
