Una parte di me

“Una parte di me” is an illustrated book which has as main characters a child and his Fear.
The relationship between them is hard and, at the same time, delicate. The Fear accompanies the child everywhere, taking numerous frightening forms. Sometimes, it is able to give him the energy to do something risky, but always reminding him of the danger. On other occasions, the Fear becomes disproportionately big, turning into a Phobia. Even when it looks like there is nothing good in it, the child is ready to find that it is not as it seems. Addressing the Fear in first person, the child learns how to get to know it and how to stand beside it. Indeed, Fear is a bit less scary, when we manage to talk to it. Only in this way, we can understand that it is a part of us.
