“WOORAMIC”

“Wooramic” (wood + ceramic) is a support, which can be used as a trivet, as a tray or as a plate.

The idea was to combine design with a piece of art. The goal was to find a way to enhance the potential of the ceramic tiles, made at the workshop in Prad.

The product consist in an elegant frame where will be placed a ceramic tile. The design of the frame is simple and precise, with a wooden joint that it is also a foot. It is developed in three different frame types, dimensioned 23x23cm, 18x18cm, 33x23cm.

It is manufactured in ceramic, of the art work and ash, a resistant and durable wood, that was chosen also for the light color its light color.

The main purpose therefore was to combine a simple design in order to exhale the beauty of the coloured art pieces.
