Our daily life consists of many small decisions and actions that have an impact on our environment and fellow human beings. Our wellbeing and mental state play a major role in this. About 30 million people in Europe suffer from depression, the number of unreported cases is even higher.
Apart from serious mental illnesses, it can be said that everyone is, or has been, psychologically distressed in certain phases of their life. Such phases are difficult to cope with for the affected person themself, as well as for their environment, and often lead to interpersonal conflicts, which in turn can be stressful.
The Tiramisú Party aims to build a warm, nurturing environment, strengthen social cohesion and generally promote collective well-being in order to enable everyone to live a happy life.
